Or what is differences between blood work and biopsy to diagonasis alopecia?

Why are you searching for a diagnosis? It is what it is. I would only look into making sure you have no other health conditions that may be causing hair loss.

A biopsy is more of a diagnostic procedure to confirm that you have Alopecia Areata and it will not influence treatment. A description of biopsy will be collecting and sending a sample of skin tissue from the affected area for a lab test by trained doctor.
