Can stress prevent it from growing back?

i'm really under a lot of stress and im worried that if i am stressed, it won't come back. is that possible?

Nah.

If it is meant to come back, it will. Mine has come and gone over the years, even with stress, but stayed gone mostly after totalis and one episode of universalis. One dermatologist said that after AT AND AU for a long time, as one is older, it may end up that way...but who knows?
