I noticed an odd looking white skin patch on my back in one of my old pics. I freaked thinking that its vitiligo, went into the bathroom and inspected my back and did not find that white patch.

Is it possible for vitiligo patch to go away on its own? Could it be just a pic quality?

Since being diagnosed with Alopecia, I have become a hypochondriac :(

I have vitiligo and pigment can come and go, though for me the overall progression has been towards loss of pigment. When I have had regimentation, it has usually been as expanding spots of normal pigment, so I haven't noticed discrete pale spots disappearing. I would try not to worry about something you only noticed in a photo that might not have really been there.
