I am grateful for the support and information regarding all forms of Alopecia from this website. It is great that we can share the successes and challenges the Xeljanz has provided. I am glad Americans can access Xeljanz thru a co-pay program. I find it frustrating that Pfizer won't do the same for other countries' citizens. I wonder it we all put pressure on Pfizer if they would offer the co-pay in other countries. Xejanz is now indicated for Rheumatoid and Psoriatic arthritis in Canada and there is a compassionate program called Exel. Thanks

I reached out to the brand manager of xeljanz in Canada.
Very disappointed. The assistant responded to me but the manager himself is very incompetant...
They told me the xeljanz is not cover in their co pay. That was 1 or2 years ago... maybe it changed... good post.

Hi there - another Canadian on Xeljanz, with no help from Pfizer. I would love to put pressure on them, and actually intend to reach out to them soon about this as I have just been (naturally) denied coverage by SunLife.

I worked in these companies... most of them are doctor centric. If we could have some known dermatologists putting pressure on them it would be awesome.
