Hey everyone so I have had alopecia for 3-4 months now I have small patches all over my hair and a large area of hair which is missing from the back of my head I noticed that very slowly the patches of hair are getting worse I have tried many options from remedy's to creams and nothing has helped and to make things worse my doctor is on holiday so I cannot get any help from him ... I was wondering has anyone noticed any changes in hair regrowth from what you have been eating at all?

Some people said that stop eating gluten (do you know that word ore speak I now dutch??) can help.
I don't try it. Maybey some other people here??
Susan has written about how eliminating gluten, wheat, eggs, and dairy has helped her go from AU to some regrowth.
Iv found better nutrition is a must for hair growth, with lots and lots of Biotin, Protein, rich foods.
