Difference between AU and AT?

hi!
I dont understand the difference between Alopecia Universalis and Alopecia Totalis, could someone please explain the difference to me?

You want to search in the Alopecia Areata Index, so just scroll down and click on the hyperlinked word "alopecia areata" and all the topics on alopecia areata will come up alphabetically for you in a directory called the Alopecia Areata Index.

Totalis means you lose head hair only. Universalis means you lose all hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, body hair...all of it.
