Do I have alopecia?

I have noticed pitting in one nail only but as my nail is growing its all almost gone now. I also noticed like a weird parting in my head almost a month ago But it hasn't gotten noticeably worse. However the area is a bit sensitive and when brushing my hair it hurts.
Please help I can't do anything it's all I think about.

Thank you so much for replying :) I was wondering did you experience any of that. There's no bald spot or anything or any excessive hair fall. It's just a parting in a weird spot I've read that it could be just the direction of hair growth but I don't know. What scared me is the pitting but that's almost gone and the pain in my scalp but it only hurts when I touch too much or when I'm brushing and my hair gets pulled. Does it usually take more than a month for a spot to form?
