Do your cuts ever heal?

Yea, so I've noticed for the since I've had AU my cuts barely heal. Everything just kind of scars over or it seems it trys to heal but never completely. I still have a cut on my hand from almost 4 years ago. It's very dim but you can still see it if you look hard enough. Also, my nails grow very slow.

Do any of you have this problem? And what can be the problem? I thought alopecia was only hair loss.

I advise you take these concerns to your doctor, your bodies inability to heal should be investigated. Please do not assume it is connected to your alopecia, it may be a completely unrelated condition.
