Hi im Amanda, and im from new york. Ive had aa pretty much my whole entire life. Recently my hair had been falling out a lot. I had a cousin who also had it and went to the dominican republic for a summer and recieved treatment there. All of her hair grew back and she has had a full head of hair for two years now.

Two weeks ago i came to the dominican republic to stay at my aunts house in Moca. I went to a derm here in Santiago and she examined my whole entire body. She told me I def have aa and she gave me four perscriptions. The first thing that i am taking is Calcort. Calcort is a steroid but is extremely less harmful then the steriods that they wanted to give me in the United States. Right now i am taking 30mgs and so far so good. I have to be on 30mgs for three months and then 6mgs for 3 more months.
Then i was given a anti hair loss shampoo called Ses Kavel and it can be found on sesderma.com
I was also given a creme that i have to leave on my spots for up to 4 hours daily. Im not sure what the english name is but i will find out when i see my doctor again next week.
Then i was given a liquid to put all over my head after i take the creme off, once again i dont know the name but will find out next week.

So far i have been here for two weeks taking the pills and doing the treatments and I can def tell that my hair is extremely more strong and almost none of my hair is falling out. Im returning to New York next week and im going to continue taking the medicine and doing the treatments. I just wanted to share this with all of you to see if anyone has tried these things or if they have done the same thing. Let me know. Ill continue to write over the next few months too let you know if my hair grows back.
