donate dyed hair

I cut off over 20 inches of my hair. Its super thick. There is spots where it is shorter from where I had alopecia issues. I would like to donate it to someone with alopecia. Any advice? I added a pic of my hair about a year before I cut it so that will tell how long it is and where it is at now.
