Electric shaver/razor recommendations

I wonder if those of you that use them might share your recommendation for a good electric shaver. There are so many. I guess I will have to spend more to get the best finish for my scalp.

You might mention which electrical system you use there, because my American Clio shaver (see Klo's blog where I mentioned it) might not work where you are.

Thanks. 220 - 240v. Some models are available in both places or are dual voltage. If not dual then a small transformer, which we have, will do the trick.
