Eyebrow Tattoo in California?
Hello!
Does anyone have any rec's for a good eyebrow tattoo-ist in California? I got mine done last year by some guy that didn't speak English and don't want to go back to him - it was just too sketchy and I don't even know I went through it in the first place. I live in So Cal but go up to Nor Cal a lot. Please, if anyone knows of someone that's good I am willing to go the distance. Thanks!!!!

I had my brows and eyeliner done by a woman here in San Diego, but she's only here once a month at a salon. I think she lives in Temecula or somewhere, and she has other dates when she's in other places.
I also just met another woman at a salon in La Jolla, and the photos she showed me of her work look good.
It's very hard to know who to go to.
