Eyelashes regrowing very thin?

I had a bout of alopecia on a part of my eyelashes and it's recently regrowing back. However, the strands of hair regrowing are not as thick or dark as the rest of my eyelashes that didn't fall out. Is there any way to remedy this?

I started using Latisse and its really helped what eyelashes I have.  My eyelashes never completely fell out.

Did it make your lashes thicker? As in made the width of each lash wider.

Can anyone recommend any treatment for eyelash regrowth??

I can relate to your experience.  I lost all of the upper eyelashes on my left eye . Took about eight months to regrow.  And now they have all grown back , but like you said they aren't as thick yet and they are a very light color so sometimes they are hard to see unless you get under a light. I've noticed that I've had a lot of regrowth in some of the missing patches on my scalp that was in this form , but it changed to my normal color after a few months or so.
