According to google, you can also lose your fingernails. Has anyone actually experienced this? And what signs should one look out for?

Mine are ridges, you can see and feel them.  They are vertical.

I was wondering if you have any update to your nail condition?  I have alopecia universalis and I have been struggling with my nails for years.  They are at their all time worse now and I find it difficult to function at times.  I could care less about the hair growing back on my head, but I would love to have my nails improve.  Any information you could give me would be so much appreciated.  I can't seem to find a dermatologist to take it seriously.

Thank you,

Lori

The only thing that treated 100% of my nails pitting is xeljanz or ruxolitinib. Everything else failed...

And it's such an amazing feeling to have my nails again. I had very severe nail pitting...
