After lots of internet research, I came across Jamaican Black Castor Oil and read all I could about it. I decided to order it online because it was not very expensive and try it. What did I have to lose? It is a very thick oil but mine had no smell so I indulged myself every night for a week. I decided to thin it a bit with coconut oil which also made it have a pleasant smell. My hair had started to grow back in but I still have large patches. I have started to notice fine hair growing even on the bald spots now. Have no idea if this is from the oils or just coincidence. I also had found a shampoo before I started this routine that had the castor oil in it with no sulfides. I am not recommending any of this but just mentioning my experience. And by the way, I put the straight castor oil on my eyebrows and eyelashes when I go to bed because it is known to thicken them. Will see! Just FYI!

I found that castor oil was the only thing that worked. Tried every topical medication and they just caused pain and itching. Castor oil massaged on the bald patched once a day + a scalp massage usually grows my hair back within two or three months at the latest but only if im consistent!
Can you share which brand you bought? I've been reading so many good things about Jamaican Castor oil and actually considering of buying one. My 12 yr old daughter already uses regular Castor oil for her eyebrows and lashes. Her doctor from Children's hospital told us this morning that we will stop all the treatment including Xeljanz and steroid shots. He said since not of it are working there is not point of keep doing it. Therefore I will try natural oil and probiotics and praying that he body will heal itself.
