FPB hair loss pattern

Anyone out there with FPB have this? My hair is sooo thinned throughout, but how odd, the nape of my neck hair line ....it looks as tho I shaved it up...all the hair is gone...so even if I wanted to wear what hair I have left up, the nape of my neck looks bald...?????
