Just wanted to ask Freedom Wig wearers what they think of the HUGE hike in price for repairs. 3X the amount?! I think they are really taking advantage of people. Might have to look for a different type of wig.
Yes we have just been hit totally unexpectedly by the huge hike in repair costs. Whilst prices do rise, I was particularly upset by the fact that Freedom did not communicate these rises with customers. In our case I would consider ourselves loyal and repeat customers, so in my opinion their customer care/relations sucks. I have since received details on why the prices have risen, and can understand them, but I would have hoped Freedom would have felt it a duty to warn their customers rather than just present a huge bill when their service was required. I expect like us many people work to a budget and this was just blown out of the water!
On a plus I did request a quote for a new Freedom to see if these prices have risen and fortunately these are pretty much the same, although I understand prices are being reviewed in March
