Received my Freedom wig and it didn't fit. It was sent back, returned and it still didn't fit..anyone experience this and if so, what did your Freedom rep do to make it right? It was custom fitted by 3d scan then approving the sample fit cap. The fit cap fit perfectly but the wig is too big. I am so disappointed by this experience mostly because my rep makes me feel like it's my fault.

i'm sorry that you had that experience.  i am on my 3rd freedom wig.  all of my wigs have been great!  i know that they say if you have a weight gain of more than 20 lbs, you need to be refitted. but i have had some fluctuation in my weight and my wigs have fit me perfectly.  i'm sorry that you had a problem.  i can't believe they weren't able to help you.  my rep was super.  maybe you can try again?  is there another rep??

It was nothing to do with weight gain ... I was 50kg when I ordered my first wig that fitted perfectly and I was 50kg when I ordered my second which didn't fit :-(
Thanks for sharing the story of your experience. I am sending my wig and fit cap back to my rep to see if she can get Freedom to make modifications. This would be the second time the wig was sent back so I'm hoping Freedom makes it right this time. But I will never order from them again.
Scubawa40 have you herd anything back from freedom can they repair the faulty wig .

To my understanding if they an not fix the fault in the purchased item the must replace it at least . And that is not going into compensation for the lost time you have had of which is money back for purchased item + a replacement value for purchasing a the the item . Which you can look more into Consumer Guarantees act.

Since the wigs are made in New Zealand here is a link to the New Zealand consumer affairs page which will give you detailed information on the laws in this country . It also states that you are able to go straight to the manufactures .

i'm sorry that your wig didn't fit.  i have been super happy with all 3 of my freedom wigs.  i'm sure they will make it right.  my rep has been great and i have been really happy.  i'm a swimmer and i do a lot of yoga.  i also have 3 young kids so i am very involved in my community.  i even coach soccer.  my freedom wig gave me my life back.

I have tried the bloody useless Australian rep who I was purchasing all my wigs from.

I have tried Freedom them selfs and they put me into the New Zealand rep and she was not help either , to begin with she sounded like she did care but that was only to get me to order another wig but through her . Later I found out that she is actually VERY good friends with the Australian rep and was more concerned about have her back that fixing that reps mistakes and negligence .

I am now so sooo happy to be purchasing my wigs which have turned out to be the best I have ever had off Follea wigs .

Hey, I have also faced the same experience but my wig was good and i have purchased it from a recognized website.

Hi Georgia , what problems did you have and what company or website was it from. Did they fix the problem you had ?

did you call the rep who did your scan?  they should be able to fix the problem.  it's totally not your fault, check back with your rep.  my rep has been great when i have any issues.
