This is more for those who are on the fence about hair fibers and if they can help.

I recently got my hair cut as normal a few weeks back but to my horror, there were small patches of hair loss at the back of my head (as well as on top) but now my hair was cut I had no way of covering the spots up.

So I did a little research into hair fibers to see if they could be helpful and cover up the patches until my hair hopefully grows out a bit more. I was very skeptical at first and didn't think they would work or thought they may just fall out over the course of a day, especially at the back of my head but took the plunge and ordered some and after trying it out it does indeed help and does last over the course of a day.

I have found though when used on the back of my head overnight the back does tend to come off whereas the top of my scalp the fibers can last overnight with a small touch up in the morning, also one small downside is the pillow has small black dusty parts from where it comes off at night but no big deal it doesn't stain it just wipes off, and shampoo just to wash it all out.

If you have thinning areas or smaller patches I would definitely recommend trying some out it has made me feel a lot less self-conscious when I am out and family have told me they cannot notice the difference - obviously the quality of product may differ depending what one you go for, but I am in Australia and paid $44 AUD for the fibers and holding spray.

Obviously, it will not work covering very large already bald spots but for people with patchy AA if you are on the fence it's well worth a try.

Hair fibers are great IF you have a small but of hair on the actual hair loss patch., If its smooth bald then forget it as the fibers have nothing to fuse to.
