Hair returning with pregnancy

Hello everyone!

I have suffered with Alopecia all my life, with patches or full loss. In the last two years I have lost all my hair all over my body but recently found out I am pregnant and now I have hair reappearing in patches everywhere. I am so excited about this but also so scared it will disappear after birth.

Does anyone have any experience on this?

My alopecia didn't get serious till after my last baby was born, so I don't have experience with hair growing back during pregnancy, but I also have vitiligo and I had lots of spots of pigment returning during my last pregnancy. Not surprisingly, the pigment did go away after the pregnancy.
