Hair thinning

Hi, I need a little advice. I've had alopecia for 19 months, in this time patches have grown back and new ones have appeared. I'm comfortable as one can be with this, but am not sure about my thinning hair. Is my hair in the front thinning due to alopecia or is this a whole different battle I will have to overcome? Does anyone else have this problem or know about it?

Hello Manuela

I would talk to a doctor and see what is happening.  I believe you can have alopecia Areata and female pattern thinning together... but it is not usual.
