I'm just curious if you have alopecia, is it okay to use hairspray and hair gel? Or would it make my hair fall out even more?

Sorry for the lame question.. but any help would be appreciated.

Hi ! Sometimes I use hair gel & stuff to help with volume . And I have a few strands of hair on my hands when I am done . In my opinion , If the hair is going to fall out ... It's going to fall out . So If you want to use hair products , then go ahead . But that's just my opinion . I hope this helps you . Stay strong ! : ) ~ Mackenzie .
