I am interested in trying this, but I have only seen results focused on males. As it is female and male are obviously different, but its a lifestyle change of the intake of vitamins and diet change with this RLT Therapy. I have had alopecia for so long now that I have grown use to it, but I still hold out hope to try something that might impact my whole well-being as well as grow my hair back. Since having Alopecia, I have not been officially diagnosed with Celiacs, but I had a lot of underlying health conditions such as IBS and stomach problems that I went to the doctor and we started checking into everything. We came across Wheat intolerance or celiacs as a possibility, so I took myself off all gluten and my symptoms disappeared. I haven't been officially diagnosed because I don't want to go back on gluten for 3 weeks to get the stomach scope, but I know I should for the sake of knowing. But with that being said, I have read how many different auto-immune diseases are interconnected with each other and the diet can really change the long term effects of these auto-immune diseases. I for one want to see what I can do to also prolong my life by making different choices to my diet and nutrition needs to possibly overall impact me in the long-term.
So with all my ramblings...I am just wondering if anyone has tried the RLT Therapy?
Thank you for any feedback!
