Headcovers' eyebrows

I recently purchases Headcovers false eyebrows. I am pretty impressed with them (though I find up close you can tell...). My question is about glue. I bought glue from them but unfortunately it dried up before I got it (they think it might be the cold weather and are sending me another bottle- great customer service!).

So I have been using Duo in white/clear since I already have that for my eyelashes.

However, I find the eyebrows tend to come off in spots due to my furrowing my brow or sneezing etc. Nothing too major, but I constantly have to touch up with glue, meaning that I cant wear the eyebrows for more than a couple of days becuase there is too much of a glue build up. A lot of people on these boards mentioned using Duo and mentioned wearing theirs for a week!

Any advice? Maybe the eyebrows need to get worn in??

PS- I bought #15 in dark brown. I attached a photo for anyone thinking of getting these! I find them a little big, but I think I just need to get used to them after using ibrowsers for 10 years

Hi

The eyebrows my daughter wears are similar to the ones you have received from Headcovers.  With hers they advise to use only the glue they supply.  Her eyebrows are on a silicone base...not sure about the headcovers base on the eyebrows you use.  But I know that silicone is one of those materials that nothing really sticks to...so a specialised glue is really needed to keep them on and looking good.

I too LOVE Headcovers' eyebrows, the blackish brown color...I have the #12, #15's & #17's and the 17's work best for me(I found the 15's were slightly too large).  I put them on every morning, before work- and remove them every evening and that works well for me.  I don't think they would relaibly stick for more than a day and fussing all day isn't an option.

Try re applying them daily, that's my two cents!

We live in New Zealand and deal with an Australian company 'feelgoodlookgood'.  The brows we use are called 'Classic Brows'.  Just do a google search and you should find them.

Hi! I LOVE the eyebrows from Headcovers - interestingly I live just 20 mins from their business - THEY ARE WONDERFUL and their store is awesome!! Since I live so close, I just call and place my order and pick them up :-)

With that being said, I have been using #17 for almost a year now and it is so natural looking!! As for the glue - really must use their glue. One time I ran out and used duo and it was miserable! They kept coming lose in the Texas heat - ugh! It is definitely worth the $6! Let me know if you have any questions!

Hey I just want to update that Headcovers sent me a replacement glue and it was all good! I love their glue and the eyebrows stay put for a few days now!

Ive had them for 3 months now and they still look brand new too!!
