I have my eyebrows tattooed and can recommend a great lady who works from her home here in Calgary. I'll be getting my eyeliner done around Christmas too.

I'm an Airdrie boy myself (10 mins from Calgary), so although us alopecia folk may not get together, you're not alone!
Also, Amy, if I may ask, do the tattoos look real? I remember trying to get temporary tattoos applied one time, and it was just an embarrassing experience!

The tattoos don't look like real hairs, but they do the trick! When I tell people they are tattoos, they don't believe me until they touch them. I'm an elementary school teacher and kids notice EVERYTHING. They've never asked or said anything about my eyebrows. They have asked why my hair never grows.......
The trick with tattoos, it getting them placed just right. It took me and Fran (my eyebrow lady) 1 1/2 hours just to get them placed right. She said she's tattooed a male alopecians eyebrows and he loves them!
Do you happen to be the Ryan who responded to a Kijiji ad? I grew up in Cochrane!
