Help

Hi everyone,
I am 18 years old and in August 2011 when i was 16, my hair started coming out, I found a little circle on my heas without hair... The procces was very slow, it was almost 2 years when I was almost with no hair, I still have a little hair but I think even those keep on falling.
I and my parents have tried everything. I have visited many doctors. Only problem is that I live in Slovakia. Well, I heard about a doctor SHMUEL GONEN "hair up", who apparently can really help. I would love to buy his products but s it is very expensive for my parents. So, we would like to ask you, is there anyone who has tried it and whether it will help or not.
