so my girlfriend broke up with me around four months ago. i was really upset and everything. i spent a lot of my days really sad. then one day i notice that im losing a lot of hair when i was showering and i began to see my scalp on my crown and began to lose some hair on the middle between the crown and the hairline hair. my hair began breaking like theres no tmrw. the hair on my sides thinning too. the breaking then stop and hair that fall out started to have a white bulb on the bottom. on the fallen hair, the hair close to the scalp is very thin with a bulb on it, while the top is thick like my old hair. do i have telogen effluvium or AA? i sometimes feel burning feelings on some spots
