HELP! My human hair wig knots all the time!

Hey dear ones,

I have a problem!!!

i bought a human hair wig 3 weeks ago...

The wig has a lace-front and long hair (looks great), but after a short time it knots enormous!!!

Sometimes I wear it for 20 minutes and then all the hair is knotted and i don`t know how to handle with it...

What can I do about it?
It was really expensive and it should last a little longer: (

10 years ago had a real hair wig- and it never happened!!!

Has anybody an idea, what i should do???
