Help with choosing a new shampoo/conditioner and scalp treatment system

I have been suffering from AA for 2 years and have work my a$$ off to try to figure this out and what works for me!

I believe I have neglected the hair washing products and just want to be pointed in the right direction.

I spent the first year trying only natural suppliments and cures, since that is what I prefer. The second year I started with low androgen birth control and spironolactone along with suppliments. And I am getting no where.

I've been using Nioxin shampoo most of the time but I just dont think its helping.

I love how the Saw Palmetto gave me youthful boobs again! but I have made little progress in new growth.

Are there any hair cleansing products/systems you love?
