I'm not quite sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if I've purchased bad quality wigs! I have several synthetic wigs and for human hair wigs, two of the human hair wigs are the only ones I wear now.

The wigs are long blonde# 613. The wigs start out gorgeous, and after a few washings, they begin to Mat up at the root of the wig or the lace cap.

I have tried every product three different wig salon owners have suggested, as well as argan oil, silicone products, coconut oil, professional grade anti-frizz straightening irons.

I have included two pictures of the severity of one of the wigs I sent back to the manufacture earlier. I'm hoping they are able to fix it.

It occurred to me today that my first human hair wig I was using Beauti Mark products. I never ran in to this issue, so I ordered some today. I really hope it works.

If anyone can offer suggestions advice or even to share their story of a similar situation I would greatly appreciate it.

I am beyond irritated, frustrated, and on the verge of tears. Thank you in advance to anyone that can offer help.
