How androgenic alopecia came unexpected (inactivated exhausted lifestyle?!)

I have three little alopecia spot on my head.

Besides 1 year ago. I had look to mirror and found out around right of forehead. (seens look like androgenic alopecia)

I noted hair was lost during 1~2 days around. I remembered tha last 2 days I have no sleep so long. I had went to bed in 4 a.m. and last month sitting on pc so long time + possible stress. recently inactive live and not daily walking (crunch in the bones when arms rotate and do stretch)

It was unexpected for me becose my parents have good hair and my skull shape is look not predisposed to be more sensitive for alopecia.

After that case I don't lose hair still. Possible In that time I had some hormone deficiency I hope believe it has happened because of that reasons these I mean above (no sleep, exhausted work, sit on pc + stress). Maybe all were trigger to hair losing. I think It is not hereditary and hormones. (like diagnosis for men in usually).

I already care about my sleep time, more active live and walk, gymnastic exercise (first I start make my backbone posture is correct anyway it is important),and less stress and sit work. I try use some treatment not long time but I don't sure would it will be work.

Last month I noted I lose little a few hair around. It almost invisible

What can I do for that case will not repeat for me? Can I treat for my hair spot around right of forehead for start grow up again

Sorry for my english. I hope you got it
