I love how you doing? For me, I have a lot of difficulty. I just started a new job today. People have noticed that I was wearing a wig. their attitudes toward me changed. I am really bothers me. There is even a woman who came up to me ready to look at the top of the head. How to find the strength to go work?
Thank you for telling me how to find the force.

Anna, I am sorry that you have experienced problems in your new job. I am new to wig wearing and have been practising wearing wigs out socially with friends but have not yet worn one to work - this is the one place I fear... I have read advice on another site (www.wigsupport.com) on how to handle the workplace. Some ladies have tried to get the person that is their biggest problem, maybe the woman that looked at the top of your head, to be your defender by taking them to one side and telling them you have a medical condition and explaining why you are wearing a wig, ie it isn't a fashion statement but a necessity, they help you and stick up for you as they feel privileged that you have condfided in them. I think if it is too much you should speak to your human resources department because this is bullying in the workplace and it should be performance managed by a senior manager. It may also be that after a few weeks your colleagues will just get used to seeing you in a wig and it will be old news and they will just move on to talk about someone else. Check out the wigsupport.com website for more advice and maybe some other folk on this site can give you some good advice. Good luck, Deb xx
