I have just a little fall out everyday now - more than normal people but not creating patches very quickly. I have several patches now - about 1/3 of my head is bald. I got a wig! It's synthetic and I'm getting used to it... I'm getting by. I have scarves for days I dont want to deal with it. After my wedding I'm going to take the plunge and get a human hair wig. My issues with my wig is about the hair's movement and feel. I think I'l feel confident then. But just wanted to let you know!

I got a wig before I lost all my hair the first time (I had two remissions). I shaved it all off when I knew I was fighting a losing battle. 

I've spent as little as $100, my most expensive one was less than $250. I could spend a lot more on a wig, but I'm happy with what I have and people tell me they wouldn't know I was wearing one if I hadn't told them I was.
