Hi, I was diagnosed with Androgenic Alopecia about 3 years ago. I am a 55 year old female. My hairline is really receding and also at my temples. I have also lost about 50% of my hair volume.  I have worn hairbands, powder hair concealers and hats to hide my hair loss. Only about the last year have I been brave enough to try cute wigs out....there is no going back for me now, I love them. I wear the "Codi" wig by Amore Rene of Paris and just  bought "Jolie" by Noriko, love them both. I want to get a human hair wig some day. Anyway......would like to talk with other ladies who are experiencing hairloss similar to mine. I have been part of a support group called "Alopecia UK" in the UK because I have not been able to find a great hairloss support group here in the US...until now, I have found you " Alopecia World.
