I was dx with AA a month ago

Latley i see hair in the shower lots and the hair that just falls an hits my skin and I feel it

which scares me more than washing it right now, does that mean im getting another patch?

Nobody can tell you what is going to happen with your hair.  Alopecia Areata is a precarious, precocious condition that has no cure at this time.  I know this is frightening....and my heart goes out to you.
