If your is going to grow back how long will it take after steroid shots?

Well I was wonder if there is a period of time that if your doesnt grow back in a certain amount of time , will it ever grow back? How long do you have a spot before you know its not goimg to grow back ? I have the same one spot since about april . I can say It has grown larger since I first noticed it , But I have had a few steroid injections some hair regrowth from the first set but only in the middle of the spot so I went back to get another set of injections . I just wish that my hair would make up it's mind already . I hate playing this waiting game .

Hi Letcia,

There's a wide range of what can happen. I've had years where I had not a hair on me, and then full regrowth of hair for a while. I agree, the "waiting game" is no fun. After so many years with this, I try to live a full life regardless of what's on my head. For me, the most annoying thing has been the repeated adjustments to what is or isn't on my head. I wish you well.
