Intolerable dry flaking skin on face and scalp

I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue. I have incredible flaking skin on my scalp and face which coincides with a terrible itch. The rate of hair loss accelerates when this phenomenon is at its worst. I am using moisturiser for the last 2 weeks with no improvement. Last night I am noticing hair loos patches in my beard which is fairly concerning for me.

Hey, Bibby! My scalp has flaky skin on top sometimes, but it doesn't itch. Have you tried using shea butter? It's thicker than most moisturizers, and since it's just one ingredient, it is less likely to irritate your skin.It works well for me -- when I use it every night, I'm much less flaky :-)
