Wondering for those who have alopecia contained in the eyelashes/eyebrow area only...have you ever tried intralesional triamcinolone injections? If so, has there been regrowth and was it permanent or did eyelashes drop out after injections stopped? My issue is that injections are not worth it if regrowth only happens if you get injections every so often but if you have a few and things get righted, then different story. My daughter is the one with alopecia and I am pretty sure she isn’t up for this but i thought I’d look for feedback.
