Just diagnosed with AA. What doctor should I see?

I live in San Diego and in wondering if anybody knows of a good doctor to see about my AA.

Dr. Judith Koperski in La Jolla  is very good at treating alopecia and also a really nice person.  She is with the Dermatologist Medical Group of north County, Inc.

Unfortunately she only takes new patients if refered by their doctor :( do you know of anybody else?? Thank you for your time!!!!

Dr. Goskowicz with Grossmont Dermatology in La Mesa referred me to Dr. Koperski.  Maybe if you had an appt. with her she could do the same for you.  At first I saw a different doctor but when she went on leave I got in with Dr. Koperski.  Also if you look under groups there is a support group in San Diego.  One month they have a meeting on the last Wed. in Mission Valley and then the next month there is an activity.  I think it was July that we went bowling and it was really fun.  You are welcome to come alone or bring someone who supports you or may want to know about alopecia.  At this time I don't know of any others doctors but maybe you can get in this way.  Good luck
