Just when I thought I had relief from stress
I just received notification at my door from small claims court for the accident I was in. I didn't get hurt nor did the other person. As a matter of fact they guy drove away shortly after the cop took his information. I was at fault because I had the stop sign, nevertheless this guy was driving on a country road at a speed of 60 in a 40. The cop was worthless and I had to stop pursuing this with the officer and insurance because my hair was falling out and it was getting worse. Now this 21 year old boy is sueing my insurance for pain and suffering. He is lying and I am the one suffering. I thought I put this ordeal to rest and now it resurfaces. I will probably loose all my hair now.

That you for the advice! You have some really good points! I am so glad I found people on here to help me not only my hair loss situation, but the things that advice is needed. Funny is I did stop and of course the officer claimed I failed to yield, but I am past that regardless. I played fault and I accept that. I did hear from the insurance and they are totally with me. They agree the accident was a percentage his fault for negligence. The speed was 40 and I was over 3/4 through the intersection so he didn't even try to stop. My car was totaled and I am so thankful it wasn't a few seconds prior or I would have been seriously injured or possibly dead. I guess all in all it is the fact he is the liar. The guy didn't even know to call 911. I can say this was the scariest accident I have ever been in because my car from going west to going north. I do not have a car now due to this accident.
