I would love the hear from my AW friends. I have no hair to speak of, so it would be easy to shave it off. Do I go lace or vacuum? I am VERY active and I need to get my life back. I've been hiding in the house and under hats for 2 months now. Please give any feed back, or advise.....I am needing to get back on track and get my life back!

I'm enjoying my bonded on hair system—although I don't think it would stay on during underwater swimming— that or a vacuum wig would probably be best for an active lifestyle. I've never worn a vacuum wig but my lace wig was very delicate, didn't last that long and wasn't that secure.
what is a bonded on hair system?
A bonded on hair system is basically a hair piece that is glued on and stays on 24/7 and requires month maintainance. If you have any other questions let me know.
can you explain the bonded hair system? I think I have found something similar in Tampa Florida-Hair club for men and women but not sure
Tanya, are u in FL??? If so, Hair Therapy for Women, on Dale Mabry in Tampa, they do this type of bonding
Hi

My daughter has worn a Freedom vacuum wig for the last 7 years. It works well for her and her life style.
She swims and does all the things a young active woman wants to do. If you would like to have a wee looksee at her in her hairpieces pop into my page.

Have fun investigating the options.

My vote would be Vacuum? You can do anything with it, perfect for an active woman. I'm never worried it will fall - very secure and the hair is of the best quality. Questions? ask away.
definatly vacuum. It stays in place no matter what you do. I've had mono synthetic, lace Remy, vacuum was the ONLY hair that made me feel like me again.
Hello Kimberly,

I am a hairdresser who works with men, women and children with alopecia. Today I met with a lady that has both a vacuum piece and the new Gripper. After we got the Gripper cut to the styled to the style she wears on her vacuum. You could not tell the deference between the pieces. I met her in Hollywood, FL and it is hot. She was so happy with the Gripper that she said that she would not invest in another vacuum piece. For more info give me a call, Carmen West, cell 850-712-3369
So how do yhou keep your lace wig on? tape? do you have problems with it slipping or falling off? How long do they last?
Find an option that keeps you from avoiding life my friends; they (both options and friends) are out there!

This Life is too short to hide from out of fear, no matter what your circumstance.
The Grippers have silicone adound the front hairline and at the nape area. The hair is beautifull. Send me your email address and I will send you a picture of Susan wearing the Gripper. Just got back from Hollywood, FL where we cut the piece. Carmen West, cwestgb@aol.com
