Hello,

My Doctor have just prescribed me Litfulo 50 mg Capsule. After he requested coverage to my employer insurance Cigna, I received a letter saying my coverage was approved (without saying anything about % of coverage). Then on my hospital website I was assigned an online specialty pharmacy "Accredo" (owned by Cigna).

When I called the pharmacy on 2 occasions to have an update about my prescription, once they said I need to enroll in SaveOnSP, and another time another person said that I should enroll in Pfizer Dermatology Patient Access.

I did some research on the internet, and it seams like that people who enrolled in SaveOnSP ended up paying more out of pocket money. There are also lawsuits against them. On the other hand I didn't find enough feedback from people who enrolled in Pfizer program, even though it seems more reliable.

I wish my insurance was transparent enough and could clarify what they mean by "approved for coverage". For information, with Cigna I'm enrolled in "OAP Mid Plan PPO'' which costs me around 210$ a month.

As I'm not familiar with the American health system, I would like to know if anyone went through this and what are the best options for me.

Any advice is welcome, thank you !
