Hello, I have had complete hair loss for 20 years and recently my dermatologist recommended Litfulo for my eyelashes and eyebrows. If I take Litfulo, I will need to stop taking Stelara which I have been using successfully for psoriasis.  Can anyone share their experience with Litfulo please. I am not sure at this point in my life (62 yrs old) it is worth introducing a new medication that is not 100% necessary. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you, Bria

I have been taking Litfulo since March of 2020. I have AU. I have a full head of hair. One small stubborn spot on the neck line that comes and goes over the years.

I don't have any eyelashes. My eyebrows are 20% there. The rest of my body is a hit and miss where the hair came back.

As for side effects. I haven't experienced any. No headaches, nausea, weight gain or any of the listed side effects.

My Derm thinks my cholesterol is high due to the Litfulo. It's mainly my diet and lack of exercise.

I am currently self medicating. I do not take my pill every day. I take it every other day and sometimes miss a day or two. I haven't had any hair loss. I monitor it every day.

I am male and 55 years old. My stress level is at 0-1 on a scale of 1 to 10.

My hair all fell out when my stress level was at 11 on a scale of 1 to 10 back in 2016-2017.

I have been battling Alopecia on and off since I was 14.

Hope this helps.
