I read an article in the New York Times about using low dose oral minoxidil for hair loss. Asked my dermatologist about it and after a couple blood tests he prescribed it for me.  I've been on it since September and see results.  Lots of new little hairs and the old hairs seem to be thicker.  It is relatively inexpensive and my insurance covers it.   Dose is 1/40th of what is prescribed for blood pressure.

Haven't posted in a few years, was on Litfulo study for 2.5 years, minimal results.

1.5 months of 2.5 oral minoxidil and I have almost complete coverage and lashes and brows returning.

Anyone considering and with the means and health to do so, should consider oral minoxidil.
