Can anyone help me? I have my second HH piece which cost neary €1300. I received it at the end of March. I have tried my best to look after it but within two washes it started to look dry and tangle. The beautiful silky piece I bought was very different again once the initial coating of silicone washed off. I researched what I could use to look after it and tried the silicone products and even got a bottle of 100% silicone spray for athletes to use that was recommended on another discussion on this site. Nothing has really worked and it doesn't move naturally, it tangles easily and is causing me a lot of frustration. I put a treatment in it as I washed it at the weekend but now the cap seems to have expanded on the right and left handside (the netting has become loose). I only have the unit 7 months. Can anyone tell me am I doing anything wrong or have they ever had a cap expand and why this happened? I'd greatly appreciate any advice. I've just recently started to lose my eyebrows and eyelashes which is tough and no xeljanz here to try....I'm following that discussion closely and wish you all well on the trial. XXX
