minoxidil and complement pills

Good morning I'm 25 and I started to loss hair when I was around 16....
At 18 I had a receding hairline and I went to the doctor and he told me I have an androgenic alopecia.
I received a minoxidil treatment that helped me a bit but not so much until last year,my uncle have the same problem that me and he gave me a box of a complement pills he used that helped me a lot....almost the hair loss stopped abruptly
