I've had Alopecia for about 4 years now, and have hit a lot of dead ends when it comes to cure-all's and fixes, as I'm sure a lot of you have. But. i have found a positive in taking Molasses. It has helped bring back some color to my white hairs. I have been taking it for probably 4 and half months or so. 2 tablespoons a day.(Ok, honestly 2 gulps straight from the bottle) without skipping. Other's pointed out that it was bringing color back, and even darkening my other hairs, before I even noticed. I must warn you though, from time to time taking the molasses, it makes me very dizzy and the taste is pretty rough in the beginning. The dizziness could be from all the Iron, im not sure though, so you should check with a doctor. Sorry, I'm all over the place, just do your research for your own bodies well being. The brand I take is Plantation Blackstrap Molasses straight from Whole Foods. Unsulfured Molasses is what you should be looking for.I would love to hear from others and their experiences with molasses, and if it has helped them. Good luck
