Hey guys,

With this condition we are all bound to get our down days where our emotions get the better off us. I for one, sure do. Throughout my years with AT.. one thing that has always helped me overcome these emotions and get to a more positive place in my life is..music. I thought I would create a forum for all the people out their with AA, AT or AU who is sadly having a down day to come to see a list off songs that have helped others out there with the same condition and experiences to get a smile back on their face.

I say to you.. comment below with songs that either put a smile on you're face or have helped you overcome a difficult stage. Any era, artist and genre. No limits. We all want to pass on a smile to everybody suffering with this condition and who knows you're song might do just that.

Music is a great medicine.

Here is some off my current choices:

Jess Glynne - Don't Be So Hard On Yourself

Bronze Radio Return - Shake Shake Shake

Florence and the Machine - Shake It Out

Jackie Wilson - Reet Petite

Steven A. Clark - Can't Have

I agree, music can be very healing!  One of my favorites is "Little Victories" by Blue Sky Riders.  The lyrics read, in part:

Feel like your gonna die
But you don't
You think that the world
Will stop
But it won't
And it's the darndest thing
I'll ever know
The sun comes up
It's another day
And your heart still beats
And you say
Hey
I'm still breathing
Take it from me
These little victories
Are all a heart needs
