My daughter

Hi everyone,I just took my daughter to the derm again on Thursday, they told me the spot is alopecia areata which they said before and I asked if the thinning hair on the top of her scalp which is very noticeable is diffuse AA but he said he thought it was telegan effluvium which I find funny she would have both things and also her iron was 11 and she is 4 I'm not sure how low this is considred any input would be appreciated. Thanks
