National Alopecia Areata Registry invitation!

I am so excited to be a part of this ground-breaking study! I joined the National Alopecia Registry and just received an email to be part of Tier 2. Let's hope they are able to find treatments and/or a cure! I am THRILLED to be a part of it!

At first they didn't want to...as if it was a verdict that THEIR genes may have been responsible for their daughter's malady...but eventually, my parents submitted their blood samples as well for the study, years ago. Ask the registry how family members an contribute...I think they mail the kits to relatives.
